Information we collect

When you submit the assessment form, CB3 Works receives your name, company, title or role, work email, and the high-level process information you enter. The site also uses first-party engagement measurement to record random tab-session and page-visit identifiers, page path, coarse browser and device category, country code supplied by the hosting provider, external referrer hostname, campaign labels when present, page views, scroll milestones, services and demo-section views, assessment clicks, demo downloads, Quick Win clicks, and successful assessment submissions. Engagement records do not contain names, email addresses, form contents, full referrer URLs, advertising identifiers, exact location, or full IP addresses.

Infrastructure records

The hosting provider processes technical records needed to operate and secure the service and stores the limited first-party engagement records described above. Google Apps Script processes assessment submissions, Google Sheets stores a response copy in the CB3 Works account, and Google Workspace sends the confirmation and receives the CB3 Works notification. These services may process request timestamps, network information, delivery events, and message content as needed to provide and secure the intake workflow.

Purpose and retention

Assessment information is used to confirm receipt, evaluate fit, ask follow-up questions, recommend a next step, prevent abuse, and maintain necessary business records. First-party engagement records are automatically deleted after 90 days. The random session identifier is stored only for the browser-tab session, and measurement is disabled when the browser sends a recognized Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. Response copies remain in the CB3 Works Google Sheet and business mailbox only as long as reasonably needed for their stated purposes, legal obligations, dispute prevention, and security. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing privacy@cb3works.com, subject to records CB3 Works is permitted or required to retain.

Sharing and advertising

CB3 Works does not sell personal information, use assessment details for targeted advertising, or use third-party advertising cookies for engagement measurement. Information may be shared with service providers supporting the website and intake workflow, professional advisers, authorities, or transaction participants when reasonably necessary and legally permitted. Any materially different future analytics or marketing technology will be reviewed and reflected in this notice before activation.

Security, children, and contact

CB3 Works uses reasonable safeguards appropriate to the limited information collected, but no internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed completely secure. This business-to-business site is not directed to children under 13. For privacy questions or requests, email privacy@cb3works.com. Do not submit files, credentials, regulated data, export-controlled information, or information you are not authorized to share through the assessment form.
