This website provides general information about CB3 Works and its services. Using the site or submitting an assessment does not create a client relationship, statement of work, confidentiality obligation, or binding offer. You may use the site only for lawful business purposes and may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, impersonate another person, or provide information you are not authorized to share.

No professional advice

Website content and synthetic demonstrations are general information, not legal, tax, cybersecurity, engineering, accounting, regulatory, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for validating calculations, approvals, system access, production use, compliance obligations, and final business decisions.

Project agreements

Paid work begins only after both parties approve a written scope covering deliverables, exclusions, assumptions, acceptance criteria, data handling, schedule, price, payment terms, ownership, confidentiality, and liability allocation. Website descriptions and displayed prices are general planning information unless expressly stated otherwise; the written project agreement controls if it differs from this website.

Synthetic demonstrations

Dashboard examples and downloadable workbooks use synthetic concepts and are not customer case studies, production controls, or representations of measured customer results. You may use downloads for internal evaluation, but may not resell, publicly redistribute, remove proprietary notices from, or represent them as your own products without written permission.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, gain unauthorized access to, or misuse the service.
• Do not provide information you lack authority to disclose.
• Do not rely on a preview, estimate, or synthetic output as a production control or safety-critical decision.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and downloadable demonstrations are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. CB3 Works will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from use of this site or its demonstrations. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, and different terms may apply to paid services under a written project agreement.

Governing law, changes, and contact

These website terms are governed by Indiana law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any website dispute not governed by a separate written agreement will be brought in a court with jurisdiction serving Clark County, Indiana. We may update these terms as the site or services change.
